HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR MY NEW PRODUCT?

We recommend storing your accessories hanging upright if possible, or laying flat in a dedicated jewellery space. Keep away from extreme heat and do not submerge your accessories in water as this could damage the structural integrity of the item. Do not forcibly bend or otherwise manipulate the item. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Following this guidance will help your accessories to withstand many years of wear.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary on where you are ordering from, and the shipping method you choose. Standard UK is on average 2 working days, and priority UK (tracked) is 1 working day. Worldwide standard is between 2-4 weeks on average, and worldwide priority (tracked) is usually delivered within 2 weeks. Please note: these time frames do not include the mandatory 5 day processing and packing time!

CAN I HIRE PRODUCTS FOR A PHOTO SHOOT?

We are more than happy to supply accessories for your photo shoot. Please enquire about this via email with the subject line HIRE FOR PHOTO SHOOT to discuss further!

We operate a strict no return policy, as per UK hygiene regulations on sale of jewellery. However, on the rare occasion that your item is damaged upon arrival or lost, please do get in touch so we can work out a solution. You can find all store policies here.
